Hello, hoping I am just missing something here. My setup, 2 x 100ah packs, in parallel. 2 x 200w panels in series. Victron controller showing at least 20amps going into bank (I have the controller set to 20a max atm). JK BMS showing maybe 10amps, avg closer to 8amps . Any ideas on where to start? Thx for the help.

If you have 2 battery packs that implies they have separate BMS and the batteries are tied together so each battery gets about half of the 20A. If there is only one BMS then you have a single battery "pack" that is a 2P4S configuration.

Hello Bently, you are correct, I have 2 BMS's. I am fairly new to solar and should have realized that the power would be split between the 2. Thx for the help and for not beating up on me, God knows I had it coming.

What are your victron SCC settings?

At 3.39v per cell with a delta of .004v those are doing quite well, I’d say close to fully charged and decently balanced.

740, unfortunately my system is in my RV at a storage facility. I will be making a trip out tomorrow and can get the controller settings. Thx for your response.

Get a dc ampmeter, hit all three lines and you'll see numbers that add up a lot better than 8+10=20.

Then learn to stop worrying so much!

740, here's the current SCC setup.

Looks good keep using it and maybe add more solar if you find the battery’s take too long to charge.
