I just bought this https://www.jdpower.com/rvs/2016/coleman-by-dutchmen/m-262bh/6563809/specs .
I am trying to build a completely off grid system with no access to shore power. I live in Oklahoma, it gets really hot and really cold, So its 24/7 Air Conditioner in the summer and Heater in the winter. I have also installed a very small washer and dryer. Can someone please make some suggestions about what I should buy? or refer me to a thread where this has already been discussed?

You need a power requirement in KWh and Max kW sustained.

Please keep in mind a RV with two air conditioners, electric heat, and electric fridge could burn 75 kWh to 100 kWh per day without being careful.

In my signature block, I have an RV build and an RV build part 2. That will get you enough Power to run a single RV air conditioner while the sun is shining. There's enough battery to run the AC to midnight at least, but would need more panels for charging. It could handle the washing machine when the AC is not running, but the dryer, don't know about. Any decent dryer would need to be 240 volts and would be an energy hog. This would seriously cut into production.

You can use that as a start.

Please keep in mind connecting to the grid will most certainly be cheaper.

You need to start by watching a video like this so you know what's involved.

Afterward, you'll want to research how much additional energy you might need to run all those loads you intend to run, basically sizing your battery bank, which might be rather large if you never intend to use grid power.

For air conditioning, watch this video first comparing power usage completely off batteries of a roof air vs a mini split.

I'm going a similar route with the off grid desert nest. We have no plans to move the TT so makes so things easier.

If you will not be moving the trailer (often),

Think about installing a “power shed” near your camper. Use 48v for the shed and a “large” ground mounted solar system for the solar.

You will need to define sizes based on loads.

Get a propane dryer and a large residential propane tank delivered. Also, maybe a propane (or bi- fuel) generator.

Good Luck

Panel mounting plan? Not much roof space on that unit. If not moving consider building a shelter over it and mounting your panel up there. RV roof are high maintenance and cluttered. Could fit a lot more panels on a nice flat lean too roof!

Air 24/7 will require a lot of panels. Think scaffolding/frame to have the entire top covered with panels above the other items.
May need to plan for extensions to have additional panels that will pull out to the sides.
This all works two fold to shade the RV trailer.

Going to need a large battery too.
