Victron System is Shutting Down

This morning I re-torqued all battery to inverter connections. switched input current limit to 50A, disabled charger. All same result. I did get the Air Conditioner to fire up one time. By chance.... I couldn't repeat it under the same conditions.

"What's killing me is why the inverter is doing anything. It should just sit there doing nothing but charging while in pass through mode." - This is the essence of my post.

Next step is to bypass the inverter or test incoming voltage when the AC unit kicks on.

If input voltage drops under 94v during inrush, the inverter might be protecting.

Any chance you’ve tested inrush of this AC unit?

on the road for work. Will check inrush when I return. I did get the other SOK battery revived and I"m able to run the air conditioning, though I haven't solved the problem. The system should not be calling on the batteries to start the air conditioner. I also emailed Victron, but haven't heard back from them.

Do you mean you emailed where you got the inverter from? That's the right place to start. You're not likely to get help directly from Victron.
