how to connect generator to EG4 Power Pro Battery

I'm new to the solar and back up battery thing. Purchased a

• (2) EG4 PowerPro WallMount AllWeather Lithium Battery
• EG4 18kPV Hybrid Inverter
• EG4 Chargeverter - GC

I want to have a battery backup for my home, only that I know nothing in connecting them. I have generator that I use when power go out. I like to use the generator to change the battery. Like some help on how to connect, have seen YouTube video, but done explain it. As I mention I'm green to this and wanting to learn more. Get power outage here in the Houston area. Anyone help!!

30 amp or 50 amp out of generator? 240 volts out of generator? Do you have the Powerpro batteries set up as parallel, and functioning? Where did you purchase equipment?

I have Eg4 Power Pro 14kPV, which I purchase from Signature Solar. I have not set them up yet, as mention i'm green to all this just, trying to learn how to connect everything

If you look at the manual of these products, you'll be able to see how to connect them. Make sure the generator is 240V. If the generator is 120V you would have to rewire the cable for the chargeverter.
