I was wondering if it is possible to wire these two batteries in parallel. Are they compatible and safe to do this?

12v lipo 200ah deep cycle lithium battery
lipo100ah battery deep cycle lithium battery

I have no experience with Lithium batteries yet. But in theory, you can connect batteries in parallel as long as they are the same Voltage and capacity. If they are different capacity you could do damage to the battery that has less capacity. The same for batteries of different voltage. The battery with the lower voltage could get damaged. - again in theory!

Are you looking for a DIY solution and what is your time frame for needing the battery?

I ask because the same $1700 will buy you 16 - 272(ish)AH cells from the group buy in the forum. Which would put you north of 1000AH of 12v battery

I will be using the batteries for my house batteries of my rv converted van

Neither of those are Lipo batteries. They are Lithium iron phosphate, and being that they are the same manufacturer, chemistry, and seemingly everything else that matters, they are perfectly safe to parallel.

The difference in size won’t effect charge rate and cause damage?
