I have no experience with Lithium batteries yet. But in theory, you can connect batteries in parallel as long as they are the same Voltage and capacity. If they are different capacity you could do damage to the battery that has less capacity. The same for batteries of different voltage. The battery with the lower voltage could get damaged. - again in theory!
Neither of those are Lipo batteries. They are Lithium iron phosphate, and being that they are the same manufacturer, chemistry, and seemingly everything else that matters, they are perfectly safe to parallel.
