Found some CALB cells locally, look like a good deal?

Contemplating going with them, do they look like a good deal, anything I should ask or look for?
$70 cheaper than the 120ah batter I'd been looking at, plus no sales tax.

Cool, thanks, being unsure figured I'd ask. Spot on about just buying from an actual company over CL.

MIght be fine, but I'd trust CALB cells from ECPC before I'd trust no-name from ??

280Ah cells are available from trusted sources referenced on this site for about $500/4 cells delivered. I bought 9 for $969.

Yeah, but seems they are all in China? I'd prefer something US based, or at least US inventory for a first time experience with all this. Mainly for quicker initial delivery and in case and warranty issues arise, hopefully a replacement would only be states away instead of the other side of the globe. These are CALB, seem to be in the US and decent price and capacity (The 180AH, not 200AH, big $$ jump) https://www.aliexpress.com/item/400...earchweb0_0,searchweb201602_,searchweb201603_

It's your call.

Do you have a plan to test them before building your battery?

Are you certain those are CALB Grade A cells authorized for sale in North America?

I'm not certain of anything at this point other than there's too much uncertainty around all this...
I give up for now, getting a little frustratedly overwhelmed.
But as far as a testing plan, no, I don't know how or what to test, I do have a multimeter for a volt check.

IMHO, DIY battery building from ANY source - even super-spendy grade-A perfectly matched and balanced cells you pay out the nose for should be tested. EVERYTHING comes from China, and it's all BUYER BEWARE.

YR1030/YR1035 impedance testers are the same instruments the manufacturer's use when they claim 0.2mΩ of resistance or less.

Thanks for your time and help Snoobler. I think for now I'm just going to go with an AGM or gel battery. Plus I'll have more to put towards a solar panel.
This DIY battery stuff is too much for me right now, and non-DIY batteries are too much $$ for me right now lol.

Reading my mind, I was just looking into the differences...
Looking at 200AH so I have an easily usable 100AH
