All in one shut down

Need help with getting our MPP 6500, 48v back on track
Here is the reading we got an the alarm went off, and we can’t figure out how to reset it so it will work again

Is it MPP Solar? Full model? I never heard of MPP Solar 6500 model.

Yes Solar, # LV6048 I’m new to all this, it’s 6000kW

We finally got our MPP LV6048 going?....But now it keeps shutting down, middle of the day, plenty of sun, and the electrical load is not over 300w?‍It’s happened 3 times?
I’m thinking we’ve Just missed a low setting somewhere that should be set higher if it’s a 48 V then what should we be setting the load at and what is it called is it the Low-voltage disconnect question or is there something else??? Please help is the low-voltage voltage disconnect for the battery or is it for not letting the unit go to low or what is it somebody must know we have wore the manual out that they sent us but maybe it’s not the correct manual ?‍?

Did you enable any settings for parallel mode or something like that? Your image above doesn't make a lot of sense.

I don’t know, I’ll check and see what we’ve changed, it’s a trial & error for sure.
Sorry about my imaging, but electricity is not my bag, and I am so beside myself to get this thing working correctly?I guess I was a bit naïve that it would be all set up, and easy, after watching all of Will’s videos?‍?
