Please I need better advice on this setup for 130ah 24V lipo4 in complete offgrid.
Am using 150w 4pcs that is 600w
Epever controller 30amps 12/24V.
Cable size 6mm.
Breaker btw solar array and controller 20amps.
Breaker btw controller and battery 40amp.
Inverter 1.5kva 24V.

A bit too little information. What's are the panel's Isc and Vsc? How will you connect them?
What is the max V allowed by the Epever?
What max load do you expect to see?
What's kind of BMS?

Overall the components seem compatible if properly connected

What exactly are your questions regarding your setup?

I didn’t see any questions just list of material?!?!?

if you’re looking for advice all depends on your needs and how the system needs to perform.

The battery is china branded lipo4 bank. 130ah 24v
Discharge current of 80amp
Panel Isc 9.08A Voc 21.8V
4 panels connected in series.
Epever 40amp V max 100.
OR Epever 30amps V max 720.

So you can connect all 4 panels in series. I would recommend that if placed next to each other with minimal risk of shading.

Please provide questions so it would be easier to know your problem(s).

My question is this.
1). Is the Total of 600w on the panel Ok. ? to charge the lipo4 battery of 24V 130amp. For offgrid system.( Depend only on sunlight).?or I should add more panel in dull weather.
2). Is the solar controller of epever of 30amp. 24V Ok to regulate the charging.?
3). What size of breaker is Best for safety on this system.?
4). What size is cable is best recommended.?

Daily wh usage is around 2400wh
Daily sunlight expectancy in my is about 5hrs.
The system will be use through out the year without grid.

Your panels would give you 5h x 600W=3000Wh on a perfect sunny day during summer. But in case of rainy season or winter (mutliple days of clouds) this would more like 5hx100W=500Wh a day.
Your battery has 3100Wh, so you have 1.3 day of autonomy (too low).

Your system cannot sustain 2400wh daily all year round.
I would recommend 3x the battery size (so at least 3-4 days of autonomy), and at least 2x the panel amount (to be able to charge that system when a good sunny days happens.

Thank you.
What if I doubled the solar that is 600 x 2 (150w x 8)
And reduce my total consumption btw 10000wh- 1200wh during winter.
Because I can not afford buying additional battery. But I have upto 8 PCs of 150w panels already.
Also most of my consumption is in the day. At night ( 6pm to 6am )my consumption is as low as ( 500wh) daily.

Hopefully that made up chemistry is really LiFePO4 and not LiPo (the explody kind). If you are corresponding with China, everything you type is likely put thru a google-like translator. If you make up words, it could come out as anything and you might end up with LiPo batteries (bad) if you are not careful.

130Ah x 25.6V = 3328Wh
This is what will be available from the battery and if you reduce to 1000Wh per day you are good for 3+ days.

If you double your system to 8x 150W = 1200W
1200W x 5h = 6000Wh

On a sunny day, you could fully charge your battery from empty (3320Wh) and still consume (or lose) the remaining solar production (6000Wh - 3320Wh) = 2680Wh. Good time to bake cookies, do some laundry or run around naked with all the heaters on.

Thank you Sir. You really reduce my fear about lipo4 battery.
If I may ask.
Hope the 1200w from my panel will not affect my 3320 will not have any negative effect on the battery.
Though from the epever controller Data sheet there is 40amp 100vmax
Which will accommodate 6 of my panels
There is also 40amps 150vmax which will accommodate 8 of them.

Is there any need to make my pv 2 arrays ie 3S 2P for 6 panels or 4S 2P for 8panels.
OR I better make it a single array in series so save cable cost. etc.
