Has anyone tried these wall mount Jakiper Batteries?

I have one and it works well but I hate wall mounted batteries. They are a beast to mount. If you have a concrete wall and a lift, go for it. I think server rack packs are a million times easier to move and scale.

I think they fill a niche in the marketplace. How many times already do we see folks asking about mounting a server rack to the wall to mount batteries. Plus one could argue that this takes up a lot less space.

I was also thinking they could be ideal in an RV pass through compartment. Could be a good use case. Only down side I see there, they are heavy at 115lbs compared to a comparable plastic case no frills battery at 70lbs.

Funny. I went to check on shipping through the cart system. No price on shipping but the ability to charge your CC for the $1499. Red flag for me.

I had to enter in my location but residential shipping to Ohio was $250. $200 to a business.

Obviously shipping costs have risen like everything else.

I did not complete the purchase.

Strange, I could not get a shipping price. Honestly still not a bad price all things considered.

I do have a concrete wall, but you make a good point. Thanks for your reply. Love your videos!

I trolled through the specs and manual - and the attached video ... No notes on a cold temperature shutoff for the BMS.

Kind of a bummer for anyone not mounting batteries in a conditioned space.

Edit:

I'm incompetent. It's all there. -5C low temperature charge protection.

anyone bought these recently? compare performance and value to eg4 or sok rack batts? a wall mount would fit much better in my tiny garage for whole house backup
