There are a lot of scams going on nowadays, and I would just like to say, I feel a certain level of judgement & criticism here, & while I can understand that, I know it is not easy for victims (Suckers) whatever u want to label them, to come forward and make these admissions that they have been scammed, its embarrassing to say the least, a major drama to try and rectify, if they can or do get their hard earned money back it is a nerve racking journey, & they feel foolish as well. So kudos to them who come forward and tell their tales of horror and scamdon, as they help educate the rest of us to recognise and report some of these scams & maybe reduce the number of victims from these unscrupulous people. Cheers all

Sounds good...but why do you have that username?

So why did you order through this seller? Price too good to pass up? Previous history? Reviews? Just curious.
Yes, all of the above, except no history, not enough research, a (expensive) gamble of curiousity, foolishness, etc, but believe I do have a few options for recovery to fall on and should hopefully be over soon. I cancelled the order the next day or so, soon after getting the automated email reply in English about delays, i knew it was a scam. I soon realised Ali was not going to be much or any help so I went through PayPal for chargeback. Im glad I found this forum and that there is a discussion going on this topic here to help others, I have had a couple of near misses over the years, life is full of gambles and taking chances, and I am pretty happy with where I am with the gambles I have made in my life, obviously; if you want to play with Dogs, you could get Fleas. Thanks for ur Question. Cheers

It’s an old Nickname from 40+ years, 18yo motorbike stunts at work got me the title Evil Knevil, Evil & Evil1, after going Ass up.
I didn’t really like it at the time, but more recently have thought I probably should have worn it with pride and honour. Cheers

I took a risk without doing research on yueyue007 Store unknowing there's a massive scam system going down, not sure why ali's risk assessment team haven't flagged this one up yet- very suspicious!!!
Fake Tracking / Non Delivery / ongoing dispute with PayPal and Aliexpress, this thread was a great help with the dispute.
Please don't be a victim or you may end up here...

Hi guys I fall into the trap and ordered the same batteries too from yueyue007 Store :(
It's been one month now and I wasnt aware of the scam with the fake tracking from QFL etc... So now I know I won't receive anything. Shame on these scammers, and shame on aliexpress who let them sell there even after many complaints.
Do you think I can open a dispute on paypal right now to get a refund or should I wait for the aliexpress delay expiration first?
I am not counting on aliexpress for a refund (they told me to wait for delivery) so I am relying on paypal now.
Thank you for your help.

I would contact PayPal now, let them know what's going on, and give them every possible detail, including a link to their seller profile and this thread.

The whole point of PayPal is to have purchase protection, and in my experience, they generally get you your money back if the seller is in the wrong.

thanks. My concern is that they will tell me to wait for the delivery delay expiration, since the (fake) tracking still shows the parcel is on the way.

They might, but since you've alerted them to possible fraud within their window, and followed their instructions, they should still cover you when it shows "delivered".

They could also tell me it is still on its way and close my case, without any possibility to reopen it later.
I hate this scammer really, wasting time with such issue whereas we have many things to deal with. Grrrrrrrrrr

Although I believe if you feel you are being scammed, you probably are, but what happens if you are not? Let's say you are not and get your money back and then the batteries do show up? It certainly would suck to the seller. I hate being wrong so I would wait until the very end. I would also ask PayPal what they would recommend. They may not offer any advice, but until you ask, you really do not know.

I agree 100% but why is this phrase lost to so many? Does greed get in the way of making a good decision?

Isn't it fair for a company to make a fair profit to take care of their employee's and liabilities?

There is nothing wrong with trying to get the best price, but these scam sellers are selling something that cannot be sold at the price they are asking unless their product is stolen or misrepresented. Those that get caught into this scam seem like they should look at their decision making ability.

file a claim with with PayPal for "Non Delivery", gather evidence screen shots of non delivery feedback from aliexpress, the fake tracking info look here https://postal.ninja/en , mention:
1. that the tracking is not supported by ali,
2. postal services do not support items over 2Kg
3. external Lithium ion battery should be sent by sea only! not by air its the law.
also all the rest in previous posts, you should get refund quickly (y)

I thought of this too, but seeing all the posts about this seller, and also the carrier he used seems to be fake (QFL) made me think it's a scam. But you make me doubt now... I would hate to have made a mistake because I already told the seller he's a scammer and it would be such a shame for me. The seller keeps telling me to wait for the delivery.
Are there people who ordered from him and received their order?

Thank you these are wise advices.

Don't hesitate, open a ticket with PayPal now!
This seller is a true scammer. It's been months since my original order, and no cells showed up (even though according to the tracking they should have been here long ago).
The process with PayPal also takes time, so I would start now.

thanks for your feedback, that reassures me he's a scammer. He has scammed so many people.
Aliexpress just told me to wait for 3-5 days since I opened a case. I'll wait to see what they will tell me, and if it's just blahblah I'll open a paypal dispute.
Aliexpress should step up and take action against this seller (and all his other fake stores) it's not normal they don't act because several people have been scammed by him and he continues scamming. They are acompliced or what. They should know by now QFL tracking is fake, I'm not the only one to report this to them, I don't understand their behaviour

The scam relies on the customer believing that there are batteries on the way you just have to wait, time to realise these people are just criminals praying on the good nature of people, just wait for Aliexpress to step in or paypal.

maybe all our cells (mine 100Kg) are waiting at the post office?
haha :)
I contacted my post office they said this tracking number doesnt refer to any parcel they have.
These scammers are artists they always find a new way to scam people.
What is shocking is aliexpress still ask to wait for delivery whereas they must know this scam by now, enough people complained already about these fake trackings using QFL.

16 X 150Ah bought - 52,1Ah received (cell no 1, scared to test further - I asked for refund 2/3 of priced payed - still in debate) The agresivity of respnses are shoking -
"Battery production needs to go through various strict tests, we will check again before delivery, the battery is qualified, you can use tools to measure

I had bought 16 batteries 150AH X min 3kg each = min 2 X 24kg package and I had received 16 old/used 80Ah X 2kg each == 2 X 19kg package. Please refound 1/3 of the sum due to less cappacity as advertised(150Ah!!!!)

The battery is in line with the standard. With the continuous progress of science and technology, the technology of new energy is constantly breaking through. The weight of the battery will become lighter and lighter, the weight is not related to the capacity, the capacity is related to the manufacturing material of the battery

I can provide photos and video with the real capacity measured(I already tested 3 batteries and is below 75Ah but only when I will open a dispute - and I will atach it and provide your progress of shameless... way of dooing business. I would had bought an electric car made in China, due to your progress in scaming ... not anymore. You still have time 1 day.

1. The battery is in compliance with the standard, we will strictly measure it before delivery 2. Please measure the battery data after the power is completely exhausted, please use the lithium iron phosphate measuring instrument to measure, please do not use the ternary battery equipment to measure, because they are not matched, the data measured by incompatible equipment is inaccurate of 3. In the case that the battery is not defective, it is unreasonable to only refund. If you are not satisfied with the battery please apply for a return, we will give you a full refund, thank you"
