I purchased the EBC-A40L battery tester from an AliExpress store that ships from a warehouse in California. This is the same tester you'll see in Andy's Off Grid Garage videos. Andy's links will take you to a product with an Australian electric cord. (I know this because I ordered an EBC-A20 using Andy's link. ?

I ordered this on Nov 8 and it was delivered UPS Ground on Nov 11. The shipping box is very well protected. The item was in perfect condition. It came with a USA style, 120V cord. I am happy with the product and the buying experience. Total cost was $181 with tax & free UPS ground shipping, paid by Paypal.
It was shipped from "CAINIAO SUPPLY CHAIN - USLAXA" in COMMERCE, CA.
