Ok, I'm running 12x JA Solar 415 mono perc, at about 1000w we at about 260 - 270v but @ 3000w to 4000w down to about 230v , I'm thinking I should also adds 2 more and make it 2s7p and see if that helps the situation, mine is not bad get about 20kwh per day but I don't always have enough to load it with, but would be interested in seeing the results.
I have only had my setup one since September, but in pieces till I completed everything a few weeks ago. Yesterday I saw a personal best of 150kwh in one day. Full electric house and 2 electric vehicles. I think the snow helped me get about another 20kwh over previous best.
Well, your garden must look like a solar farm, but yes I would at a guess say that 150kwh is the max you will see, very nice job.
The 02 error is over temperature are the fans running and what temp is on the display when it's running?
I have the 067 software, but what do I need the top one for. Got something newer?

Well its working fine I would rather chase the supplier of the unit to maybe exchange it, what country did you buy it in? But if you still think the firmware is going to do anything, just remember the 230v from the Grid and the output to the load must be isolated and the panels turned off, the unit must only be powered by the battery when doing the Firmware.

It's all there, But this is not an update "Nasser1" requested the original firmware for some reason, and if you are not familiar with doing these updates, rather leave your unit as is, you do not want to end up with a problem.
