PV low voltage and low watts reported by PIP6048MT inverter even with no PV connected, confused.

MPP PIP6048MT - my inverter is reporting around 26v and up to 10w of PV even with no PV connected. This doesn't seem normal to me. How about others, do you get a very low reading of PV even when it's not connected?
