We are a building a large off grid system. We have 4 eg4 6500 inverters in parallel, 12 lpbf48200-p felicity solar batteries each 10kwh, and 60 solar panels each at 400watts.

In discussing with signaturesolar, they indicated it is better if we could make one large battery bank connected to all 4 instead of having 2 (6 battery banks) each connected to only 2 of the invertors. Signature solar indicated that having 2 seperate battery banks means you will never fully charge or discharge all the batteries (not sure how true this is or if it is going to matter).

My question is, the felicity solar batteries say you can parallel up to 6 batteries only. We have 4 lynx distributors rated 1000amp each, we can connect all them together for 4000amp bus bar. I am wondering if we are connecting each individual battery to the bus bar instead directly one by one to each other, can we parallel 12 together if we are using the bus bar?

I talked to felicity solar rep who is trying contact technical support but he thinks the limit is if there directly connected to each if you have more than 6 the current is too high but if they are going through a bus bar it doesn't matter.

Any thoughts? Also, I was not planning on uses the fuses on the victron distrubutor since we have a breaker between each invertor and the victron bus bar. Any thoughts on usefullnes of fuse for each individual battery.
