EG4 new AIO rated 12K output and 18kPV aka "EG4-18Kpv-12LV"

Anxiously waiting on an update.

In looking at those logs, that imbalance was going on for quite some time. Assuming this was the issue, you would think the inverter would be able to detect that kind of an imbalance and just throw a fault code and disconnect the grid relay, not constantly switch back and forth. Hopefully the inverter isn't just relying on the combined voltage of L1 and L2 to determine if it has a proper grid connection.

Nice double tap.

Looks like it has maybe one neutral connection.

Reviewed several times. I only see one neutral connection and both loads have a blue double tap.

Guys I am very sorry i hadnt had time today to enter the forum and answer all your questions.

First of all this community is the best, Zapper told me to enable Off Grid mode, and that helped 100%. No more troubles the rest of the night last night and the rest of the day today. So that also answers the question to what happens if I switched to OFF the main gris breaker (it does exactly the same, goes to off grid/eps mode and works fine)

I think @Markus_EG4 asked me if i have neutral, yes, since day one.

BUT as i have uploaded here before sometimes i charge my cars at 48amps, which is 11,000w so whenever i go over 12,000w i get grid assistance which is awesome.

Right now its working fine in off grid mode, but i couldn't go over 12,000w because it would switch to grid, since i dont have gris assistance anymore.

For a lot of people 12,000w is more than enough. If didnt have EV’s it would be enough for me too, but i have 4 EV’s usually one is charging everyday and we want to charge as much as possible when the sun is out, so I WANT grid assistance, better yet I NEED IT

Ill check all the other questions you guys have

I know i know. Its a temporary EV charger, its not the best way but im sure thats not the reason… ive been using it since day one and charge daily. But ill take it off tomorrow and feed it from the breaker panel

It would be best to have over Current Protection for EV charger.

Can you reduce the EV charging rate to 40 amps? BTW the 18Kpv has a nice surge capacity with solar.

Do i need to have more than 1 neutral connection?
One from grid and one for subpanel. The one neutral that is visible in you video, where is it coming from? Grid or subpanel

Edit same question for the single ground wire.

2nd edit. The 18Kpv says line balancing, I honestly have no idea what that means.
