LifePo4 with IEC62133 certification?

The current state of offering locally is really lacking, I wanted to build a DIY Lifepo4 but restricted in importing only batteries with the IEC62133 certification.

Anyone knows of batteries with this cert? can be cells or complete batteries

What kind of regulation is restricting you by IEC62133? That seems like a sub battery assembly level cert, like it applies to components. Where would DIY batteries be legal but components have to be certified?

I can't import the cells themselves, so no DIY at all
