Yup...mine had some swelling as well. But I did pull 97Ah without fully draining cells. As long as you don't discharge down to bottom, the MV delta stayed fairly close (roughly 2 - 10mv), down to about 2.9v per cell. If I drained down to first cell hitting 2.5v, then yes the MV delta grew...

A few comments. Have you tried shuffling the order of the cells? Second, seems that 40mv would not curtail 30Ah off the capacity :unsure: . Does the 70Ah capacity include the above 90% and below 10% "buffers"? What are you using as your upper and lower voltage disconnect parameter?

PROGRESS!!! My cells have made it through customs and are in possession of FedEx in Carson, CA. Very interesting. On same boat likely as the earlier orders here, but took roughly two weeks longer to get through customs. Had no choice but to be patient, and FINALLY seeing the log jam break...

Have you copied the tracking number from AE? Then subsequently pasted in FedEx tracking? That seems to be the go to for tracking once the batteries reach the states.
