The firmware is good for a 230v unit, why do you not let the unit switch to the grid before the cut-off point? In menu 12 im not sure what your setup is but check that out, unless you have no grid :(

Here the Unit is showing 4kW, the battery is fully charged, and the numbers do not add up. Yet the fix LGS51177 posted makes more sense give or take 170w

Yes, only 3.6 to AC load, balance to the battery if required, one of the other posts we had numbers that just didn't add up

Well, I don't know what's going on with your unit, What was the Firmware ver before you tried to update? I have done a few without any problem and 2 or 3 guys on this forum have also done the update to get the fans to a normal speed. and after the update are fine and displays 067 F4 A27 / 068 F4...

Well, where do we start here? if it's not the inverter where to next, maybe a bypass diode on one or more of the solar panels? It may also be an issue with the MPPT Board or even just the 270uf 500v capacitor on the MPPT Board, I had one with similar issues until that Capacitor when dead short.

Well at the end of the day you will kill it if you expect it to output that much, after all, it's a 5kW unit. Growatt is busy with 6kW Units right now not sure of the operation or specs but did get a sneak peek at the unit, it looks like all the other Growatt units and are not the same casing...
