My seplos BMS is not reading the right side of cells. So was trying to start charging the cells to I got a new bms.

I have a 60v 5amp bench power supply. I currently have 16 cells in series and a neey 15amp balancer. Looking to bypass the Parrallel charging as it takes a week to complete. What is the best way to connect so I don't damage any cells or cause sparking. The pack is currently at 51v.

I use a seplos BMS in a case from EEL they have the balancer cables integrated to PCB boards and it throw the seplos out whack. They are set to trigger at 3.45 and it never charged to unit this morning.

Looking to buy a neey active balancer 15amp and have been told if I can take 5 the price reduces massively. About 30% less a unit. Looking to see if anyone would like on. These are coming from a EU warehouse would have them in about a week ready to ship to any suitors. Cost is around £225...

EEL supplied me with 2 2amp active balancers they advertised as jk. But the jk bms app does not seem them during a scan. Is there a different app for them.

seplos v3 might have given you different results. you could try and flash the bms or check to see if that are all using the same software version.

That is slightly different have you tried disconnecting them and run as individual battery see if issue remains. Have you got home assistant or look at monitor logs to see what each cell does it and under what load.

Charge to 100% grab reading of cells. See if they close to 3.4 after charge ending. Disconnect the Comms and try a drain of battery see what is drains. The inverter might have to go to lead acid mode to stop the errors. Failing that strip down and manually charge the cells

the damage was not too bad i have seen a few delivered to me much worse.

The inverter can only use 100amps should 25mm not be fine for that.

both ends of the positive terminal seems to be burnt, going from the isolator to battery positive and when case is open the positive to bms.

I have came across a burnt looking connector and cable end going from inverter to battery . The cable is bubbled at the connection to battery. I have spoken to seplos about this . after i do replace the internal cables that seem a bit damaged. there suggestion is to change the cable from 25mm to...

Apex boxes are still seplos BMS 2.0. I would suggest moving to that BMS and getting and the neey 4 amp balancer.

EEL would be my favoured option EU delivery in a week.

I would say the unit would still be classed as new they wouldn't give a discount on it for next buyer as they won't want to loose money. Did you not have a buyer lined up for it so you wouldn't be out money. You were just needing to arrange a new order from someone.

And you can't just swap out V2 BMS to 3.0 BMS if you using the case.

Why the demand for the seplos 3.0 BMS curious on asking have you got one already.

White stackable is available as the v4 kit comes with a breaker switch but not 3.0 BMS. Still 2.0 BMS version.

Eel I don't think have moved over to seplos 3.0 BMS. The stackable box is in black from what I recall. The stackable box can have a jk bms that has an active balancer. I personally use a eel kit using a seplos 2.0 BMS and neey 4amp balancer that is secured to inside case but mine is stand up.

If happy to build the battery most people have kits and cells in EU will be with you in 5 days. Pre built stuff not so much.

No warning on the BMS registered. Cel voltage is all over 3.3v V2 BMS. 10e

What others settings limits the charge on these BMS.

The BMS is reporting it about 8c if the charge would increase it would heat them up and the BMS and cells are in the same case.

In the UK were are getting close to zero in some garages. My BMS is restricting to 10amps is there a cold setting to turn off to allow it to charge faster. As exporting 1.5kw back to grid battery at 71%
