Read through the earlier threads and the problems described with the AIMS charger / converters. Does anyone know if this has been resolved?
Looking for a decent 24V charger for a marine application. TIA.

You can't go wrong with Victron. They make waterproof chargers too if you're so inclined. I have several. No complaints. Progressive Dynamics makes a good converter/charger too. I believe U.S. based and been around awhile. Not sure if they are marine rated though.

They are expensive, but i really like my Noco Genuis 2440. (40 amp)

I think the victron ones are great but they are limited in amperage output. To get something over 25amps your choices are Aims, Iota DLS (probably not waterproof), or the NOCO.

I like aims stuff, but yes i believe they had a bad batch maybe a year ago, several failures in a short amount of time from what I understand. I installed one a few months back for a guy, works as advertised so far.
