I'm starting to narrow down a system for my RV that I'm trying to keep cost effective as well as the weight down to a minimum. Please let me know if I'm on the right track with these key components?

Out of the two charge controllers, the second one does not have a Lithium setting readily available and as I understand can be programmed in the user settings. Does anyone have any experience with either of these? Any help will be much appreciated.
