So the wiring diagram is not working, the online support isn't working, I think I may have some settings wrong and keep getting the run around from SS. It keeps going offline ( those wifi dongles they send keep going offline ) The batteries have now gone completely to zero even though I had the AC backup/limit set to 10%. I have 93 400w panels so should have plenty of juice to charge the battery during the day and then have extra left over to run the house for whatever their needs are during the day as well. Then also limit their consumption at night to survive on 30kwh until the morning.. if not they also revert back to grid power.
Any suggestions would be helpful. Every time they start up one goes to 5kw then shuts off and kicks over to the other inverter. The can switches don't seem to work and the parallel cables don't seem to work either ( the system seems to work better disconnected from each other )
