3.2 volt packs arrived with low voltage

I believe there is a reason why battery hookup discontinued offering those cell packs. Many people had issues with pulling capacity after a few few cycles.

I feel for you, I was this close to ordering their 100ah kit for my first set up, price was might tempting.

I’d say time to see if they’d be able to help you out, worse case they’ll tell you to pound sand.

I tried calling the number on the battery hookup website today, and got no answer, and there is no way to leave a voicemail. I have not gotten a response from my last email which I sent 10 days ago. I have sent another email today, politely asking for help.
