Hello guys, I am going to build a 48V 280Ah battery bank with EVE LF280K cells.
The photo is from the internet.
I am wondering if there are a better way of wiring(connecting) the cells than the one in the photo?

I saw a post here which shows the bad, better and best methods of cell wiring with photos but i cant seem to find it again.

Or should I just go the same wiring as in the picture with the main positive and negative in the middle?

It really depends on how you plan to construct the case for your cells. The above picture is two rows of eight cells, you can also do one row of 16, and I think I have seen a diagram for four by four.

In all these cases for the wiring of a single battery- there is no good- better- best.

Now once you decide to connect two, three or four 48v batteries together - then you really want to connect them in the best way possible- I would suggest going to a common bus bar.

Good Luck with your project

Agreed. The good better best photo you are referring to is usually the one from Victron and involves paralleling entire battery packs, not series connecting individual cells.

Only so many ways to skin a cat when it comes to series connecting cells.
