Finally got the dongle connected, which was painful, and still learning the different terminology for setting this system up the way I need it, but now I see there is an new firmware update posted in my remote update screen. Can someone explain the process and what you will see during the update, updating firmware on any device has some risk especially if the proper sequence isn't followed. Thanks
