Very nice install @Made in North Pole you inspire me to order more cells soon.
I really like the strap over the top, wish I did that, it would have been a lot easier than fishing them around the back once they were already against the wall.

I might even have to upgrade to a Batrium for the sweet sticker.

The spare parts board is a great idea.

Nice well thought out clean install.

My 3rd redesign will be the winner...

Never seen tie-down straps for compression, but I don't dislike it. :)

Glad to see you splurged on the BMS!
I came up with the idea because of space constraints. I used 3 straps for my first build, but I decided on 4 straps for the second build.
The build was done on the ground and lifted to position. 16 cells sit on a modified pallet, strapped together with the batteries.
I figured I'll have a shorter run of balancing wires by keeping the K9s close to the batteries, glad you don't dislike it. ?

Glad to hear you like like it and thank you for your kind words.
The straps over the top and sides keep the batteries together firmly.
The Batrium is the best I could find that allows batteries in parallel (1P16S×6 in my case) without having to worry about balancing at the cell level. Downside is the cost.
I figured my wife should know what spares are available in case I am not available, hence the spare parts board.
I'll be willing to provide any information you need for your third build, it has to win!
