Please help me understand what is happening with my system which is composed of an SPF 5000 ES inverter and 4 Ark 2.5 L A1 batteries.
An abnormal discharge of the battery occurred without it supplying energy to the consumers. For no reason and without agreement with the inverter settings, the battery starts to discharge, approximately one percent SOC every 5 minutes, so that within 5 hours the SOC drops from 90% to 30% (30% is the SOC cut-off limit), but the energy supplied by the battery does not feed the consumers because they are fed by bypass (according to the records).
Why is this happening? Where does the energy from the battery disappear? This phenomenon happened at least 3 times.
