I’m toying with a plan to add some additional PV capacity to my grid-tied AC-coupled system but need to make sure I never exceed my export power cap of 3.5kW.
I’ve got a large 24V battery and activating a 10A AC charger whenever current on a leg exceeds 14.5A would be an easy way to ‘dump’ up to a total of ~580W whenever peak output to the grid gets close to my limit.
So I’m looking for a clamp-style AC current meter with a programmable relay output and thought this would be the most appropriate Forum to ask whether anyone has any products to suggest?
