Any help on why 6000xp quit charging from Grid

I'm trying to figure out these settings, I have it set to AC charge from the SOC parameters of 20% to 100%, the got below 20% and the AC started charging but now it appears it is only going to the load, and the batteries are only charging from solar, we have a very cloudy day so they wont get enough charge from solar. I thought I had it set correctly but now I'm not sure why it quit charging from the grid. Any help would be appreciated.
