Automatic Battery Back Up not Grid Tied?

I have a EG4 18KPV Inverter & EG4 Energy Core Pro 14.3 KWH 48V battery, charged with PV array.
This is not tied to the grid. What component do I need to auto activate the batteries to take over when my grid to house power goes out?
I don’t want to ever have power going beyond my electric panel out into the grid.

Since the inverter has a built in transfer switch, typically utility power would pass through the inverter and if utility is lost the inverter automatically disconnects from the grid and the inverter uses battery power to serve the loads.

If this is not how the inverter is connected, you would need a separate Automatic Transfer Switch that would connect the inverter to the breaker panel while disconnecting the utility feed.

So I need to figure out if I can run PGE power through my inverter without allowing battery power to go out into the grid?
Then it would auto switch to battery via the inverter.
I’ll reach out to EG4 and have that discussion.
