I am setting up a Voltronic MKS iv 5.6kw (3 phase 220V house in greece) and i am trying to make a schemantic of the ac panel that will feed the AC in and return the AC out to the critical loads panel on the house.
Does it matter if i do picture 1 or picture 2?
In picture 2 i use a 3p changeover switch that will also switch the ground. ( not sure if this is stupid!)
Was thinking that if grid is down it may matter.

Another question
Should i put another 2P 25A AC MCB in the inverter output before the Changeover switch?
I suppose it would be more convenient and some added safety.

Why do you have Ground connected to L in picture 2 ? Did you mean Neutral?

Ignore the L/G connection i couldn't find a 6p image , this should be a 6p changeover switch (2x L/N/G)
Fixed it to not confuse people!
The changeover switch i am gonna use mimics an interlock and it has 3 positions I-O-II. So i can bypass the inverter and power the critical loads panel directly from the mains.
