the damage was not too bad i have seen a few delivered to me much worse.

How well was it packed? did support resolved that issue?
did you put it together already with cells? What would you say about the quality of these enclosures?

What was the packaging like? I just got an order for four boxes and the seller packs with foam and corner protectors. Paid $160.00 per 8s box and they sell the 16s for $235.00. They did take seven weeks to get though.

Well after some back and forth on thier end, they gave me a full refund(30 day process) short story. If you want all the details, inquire again and I will lay out everything.

Please provide more details on the process you have gone through with them. I bought a 15kwh battery pack from them and my experience was pretty decent with this vendor.
