Best configuration for 10 x 250w panels

Hi again every one I have 3 questions
yesterday I was given a brand new Conext SW 4024 Inverter from my uncle
so now am thinking about using a 24v system,
1) will my setup still work for the 2 X 150/60 charger controllers ??
2) going to use 12 panels now 2 x 3s2p configuration can this work ??
3) can I use a 4-2 solar panel combiner box ??

A combiner box isn't necessary the 2 strings can be combined with MC4 branch plug, then wire to the charge controller

I was thinking from the point of buying inline fuses, disconnects, lightning protection, ect,
everything will be in the box already ??

That's a lot to expect from a box. If lightning hits your panels, it doesn't matter what you have installed. You're fried.

A 3S2P array doesn't need any fusing. The panels themselves will act as fuses. Fuses protect wires, not panels.
