Best price per watts for solar panels in Canada

Hi,
10 years ago I had bought 4 large solar panel and I believe it came just a bit slightly higher than 1$ per watt.
I hope prices have gone down by now? Where can we buy affordable panels in Canada at the moment? I'm in Québec but can drive to Ontario for purchase also.
I want a total of between 600W to 1000W depending on price.

Affordable is subjective & relative.

I would also start looking in Montreal, maybe start with Kijiji.

Consider the cost of gas ($1.30L today for reg) and time add that to the "bill" don't be Penny Wise & Dollar Foolish.
