Cant decide on set up. Need 1kw

I bought 2 of the santan 240w poly panels w cracked backs. I think they are recalled trina panels. I asked for four but they said I should just buy 2 since they didn't have s suitable cc.
I want to return my 6 harbor freight 100w monocrystalline panels and use these bigger panels. But im not sure. Poor sunlight today to really evaluate these.
One panel seemed to do 8amps and through my morningstar I got up to 17 amps to batteries.
I dont want several charge controllers. 8 know I need about 50-70 amps for the inverters draw under load. I'm trying to figure out something realistic. And santan is probably out of these panels now. I messed up not buying more

Going to pick up some$44 240w panels. Goal run 5000btu ac unit in shop. Draws 5.5amps at 535w 120v Hf 2000w modified sine wave inverter seems to work best out of my 3 inverters. Probably draws 60amps max under ac load. I was thinking of 4 to 6 panels. I'm sure I'll need a cc that can...
