Charging dual solar generators from solar array.

I am a beginner. I have dual EcoFlow Delta Pros and was wondering most efficient way to charge both from my solar panels. I have 1600 watts of panels and plan on expanding to a point where I am 80% off grid.

You can't connect the same array to two different MPPT. THey will continually fight over it trying to find the maximum power point.

So I would need to treat the panels as two separate entities and dedicate each one to it's own generator?

Yep. Split into two arrays, one for each gen.
