Discharge to the grid

I'm planning to get a inverter and battery
When in summer the sun is high the energy prices are low, so I want to store the solar energy in the battery
When sun is low the price rise, this is when I want to discharge the energy to the grid

I'm looking for a inverter where I can control this (trough rs232 and home assistant)

I'm only found the sunsynk/deye inverters
And also Victron (when Victron I also need seperate solar charge controller)

Both.
I don't want to pay for the energy that I produce (sometimes the energy has negative price)
And in summer I probably have to much solar power, so I need to sell back to the grid
