I emailed Jenny (Docan) to inquire about returning one of their battery and was told to balance them. Sent my response and haven't heard back in days. It loses it's charge the fastest out of 16. I have 2 sets of 16s, 48v. All purchased from them. Spent a lot of money and wouldn't even replace 1 battery that probably costs them 10 bucks. Not very easy to buy just one replacement battery. Seems they are only sold in multiples of 4. What a shame. Yes of course I balanced them and it's been a year. MY BMS has a 2amp balancer also. I suppose my other option is to get 20 new batteries and add another bank. Def going with another supplier.

That's a shame about Doucan. I am thinking of using them.

I used Luyayn three years ago. Shipping will be longer than Doucan, but I doubt as long as it took in 2021. I'm waiting to compare prices and should get a quote in a couple days with Chinese New Year ending.
