I got the LV2424 from usa-mpp-solar 2 months ago and I am extremely happy with my purchase.
I am following the guide and get everything working

But from yesterday... the USB Port of the inverter is not working.

I tried with 3 different computers and same for all of them.

Trying to contact sales and this is what i got

It turns out their email address is sales@usamppsolar.com

The sales@usa-mpp-solar.com

Ah they are sending me replacement USB board.

I think I would come back and buy their product again for such great support
Both email addresses are functional as you show above.

Did that replacement work ?

Now if you had bought your inverter from TW, there would be hardly any support.

That error message is from Google. It is one reason I have reduced my dependency on GMail. Had no problem with them for maybe 15 years. Past 4 years, they have implemented all kinds of crap claiming to be fighting SPAM. But all it has ever done for me is block legit email, which should NEVER happen. The worst part is most people have no way to see that Google blocked legit incoming email. This does not appear in your SPAM folder. You just never receive it and don't know it was sent to you unless someone says "hey, did you get the email I sent?". The sender does not always get a bounce email like what you received, either. Meaning, the sender will likely just assume the receiver ignored their email.

Wow I just looked in my spam and found important emails. I've never had this with Gmail before. Something is wrong

Anyone have an issue about this unit not being UL approved?
Is it OK to use if wired as off-grid (i.e. not as grid-tie)

Thanks !
John

Wired as Off grid should be just fine, (with or without grid assist), others comments welcome. UL listing is planned for this year
