East Coast (NC to MA area) Victron tech needed

We are looking for a Victron tech for our integrated solar generator enclosure. We need assistance with correct wiring to avoid ground faults, with Multiplus II 48V 3000w inverter settings to avoid heavy loads from AC source (grid or generator).
