I currently have a Delta Pro with Smart Extra Battery and am interested in picking up the Smart Generator. Question I can't seem to find on their site is if I have the extra battery hooked into the Extra Battery 1 port and the generator plugged into the 2 port or vice versa, will the smart generator charge both the Delta Pro AND the extra battery simultaneously?
I know I would be able to plug into the AC outlet plug in the front on the generator and that will charge both the Pro and extra battery but then lose the "smart" features of the auto start/stop.
Just want to figure out if anyone has run into or tried this before I make the purchase on the generator.
