Help with Ecoflow Delta Pro and Transfer Switch

My issue is that I am trying to power my Reliance Transfer Switch with my Ecoflow Delta Pro (plus extra battery). The Ecoflow doesn't seem to recognize the connection and does not provide any power. I have an old EGO Power Tools Nexus 2000W generator that powers it just fine, so I know the Reliance is wired properly.

Yes my Ecoflow Delta Pro is charged fully and the AC outlets are turned on. The outlets work fine powering items plugged into them, it just doesn't power my transfer switch.

What could cause this?

Do you have a VOM?

That might be revealing…

Or you have something wired wrong.

I do have a VOM, but I’m not exactly sure how to use it properly.

I understand something could be wired wrong, but why would the transfer switch work with my old EGO nexus powerstation if it was wired wrong?

Got it sorted. “Electrician” didn’t hook neutral wire into transfer switch outlet

Some things have only limited possible faults. That qualifies as wired wrong.
