EcoFlow Delta Pro 12v Output Anderson Chassis Ground?

I am building a skoolie and plan to use my EcoFlow Delta Pro to power essential electronics. I originally wired the low voltage side to use an AGM house battery with a chassis ground.
I would like to substitute the EcoFlow for the AGM since the loads are less than 20amps. Can I connect the negative receptacle on the 12v Anderson output to the chassis ground without damaging the unit?

Interesting question. Is the chassis ground also connected to the AC ground of the Delta Pro?
