EG4 6000EX Display Doesn't Show Power, Voltage and % Load

I'm running a single EG4 6000Wex inverter on 4 lithium batteries 100A each, after connecting the battery to the inverter the system worked for few minutes then started displaying 61, this happened twice and now the inverter is not displaying output voltage, please help me reset the AC output voltage?

Error 61 is usually a battery communication issue.

If you are using EG4 batteries, try switching the cable around that connects the inverter to the batteries. The plugs of that cable are specific to the device they're plugging into.

EG4 batteries are lithium batteries.

What do you have set for option 14 in the menu?
