EG4 lifepower 4 - new and un-resettable error

Coming from 2 EcoFlows I decided to try out the EG4 3000 and Lifepower 4. After install I adjusted battery type to EG4. System charged up battery to 100% and alarmed, disconnected. Read forums and connected BMS_test. firmware current at 3.37 and error reports as "Charging MOS fault alarm". More forum reads but no idea how to fix. I tried reseting the battery both while connected and disconnected from inverter and the run light illuminates momentarily and immediately an alarm code.

Cell_6 is showing red at 3.397v and max_diff is 0.052.

That's all I got. Any suggestions for this newbie?

Sounds like you’ve done everything you can without contacting the factory or your distributor for warranty service.

Did you ever get a resolution? I am having the same issue.

BMS_test software. "Config" tab. Enter 888888 for the password. In the "Reading and writing MOS adhesive fault codes" box on the lower right of the tab click the "Read" button. The value returned should be "00"

Anyone else with a recent EG4 48v Lifepower4 battery purchase getting a "Charging MOS fault alarm" that can't be reset?

Got my battery last week, but today was the 1st time to get a full charge on it. Everything was great @ 99.6%, cells balancing, current curtailed, but I had to leave. Got back about 1 1/2 hours later to the beeping & red light associated with the fault. Re-set didn't work & I couldn't find...
