EG4-LL Date & Time Settings

Greetings DIY'ers,

Does anyone know how to set the date and time on the EG4-LL batteries from Signature Solar? See photo below...

I assume this can be done through the PC software, only problem is, I only have a Mac laptop...

I can't seem to find a way to do it directly through the screen toggle buttons.

You'd need to connect via the BMS tools software and tell it to set local time from a PC

Depending on your OSX version, you could run windows in Parallels as a virtual PC or just use Boot Camp natively.
Since you aren't looking to run windows all the time, you would not need a license to activate it and it would work for at least 30 days that way.
Once the date and time is set, you shouldn't need to do it again as long as the BMS is functional.
