EVE cell test report

I am new to the game so this maybe a dumb question. My understanding is that manufacturers test cells at the factory and provide test reports to the resellers. If that's true, are these test reports available online? I've received two orders from different vendors; one from SFK and another one from 18650batterystore. The cels from SFK came with a label attached to each cell with some test results while the cells from 18650batterystore came nice and clean

Afaik test reports are either electronic or printed.

What SFK provides in their cells is just their special thing they do.

You might have to ask for them. Ezealco just posts them on the listing.

I don't find them very interesting. There is zero assurance a test report isn't tampered with. It's literally just here's a spreadsheet trust me bro.
