Genasun GV-10-Li-14.2V, 10.5 A MPPT Charge Controller & 150watt panel compatible?

Can someone double check if these two are compatible I’m under the maximum VOC but the charge controller says 140watt maximum & the panel is 150watts thank you.
(Battery will be bioenno 12ah part # PVC, BLF-1212AB)
