Grounding to trailer frame

I have a 400wtt solar panel system. 40 amp mppt going in to 200 amp hr lithium battery set. No invert. All my dc circuits go through a fourrions ac/dc distribution panel. I have a hot water heater that uses 12volts this has a ground from its control box. How would I ground this system?
