Growatt inverter fault 4

After working all day, last night my inverter started beeping at 1:30 with fault 4. It's a growatt spf 3000tl lvm es. My battery shows 58% charge and currently 45.4v so that seems odd.

I'm off-grid and no customer support on Sunday and leaving for home this afternoon so would appreciate any advice! Could the inverter be bad? I've used it for about 4 months previously with no problems. Thanks
